1 Bachelor’s Degree – Part-Time & Full-Time
2 Masters – Part-Time & Full-Time
3 PhD – Full Time
Eligibility Criteria:
1 Singapore Citizen or either parent is a Singapore citizen if you are below 21
years old;
2 Students receiving any other bursaries or scholarships are not eligible to
apply;
3 Maximum family per-capita-income (PCI) of $2,000 (studying in Singapore) and
$2,500 (studying overseas).
4 Maximum family gross-household-income (GHI) of $8,000 (studying in Singapore)
and $12,500 (studying overseas).
Value of bursary: $1,300 – $3,000 depending on level.
ALL bursary applications are to be submitted by 31 August 2023.
Incomplete, late applications and documents will not be processed. For any
